Helpful hints & tips

I know when on a diet you can always use a few tips and tricks to make things a little easier. That is what this section is going to be. If you are having a day where you need a little help come here and look for something to change it up a little.


  • Change things up, don't eat the same thing every week
  • Grill your veggies is you steam them all the time
  • Steam your veggies if you grill them all the time
  • Try a new veggie (on the list of course) that you have never had before
  • Instead of lemon in your water try a slice of lime
  • Add Walden Farms Marshmallow Fluff to Ideal Protein Chocolate Pudding
  • Add Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup to Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding
  • Add Sour Kraut to Ideal Protein Chicken Soup
  • Order an "Un-which" sandwich from Jimmy Johns. It's a lettuce wrap sandwhich without the bun.
  • Make IP Raspberry Jelly (Jell-O) and let it set in the fridge and set up. Once set up add 2 Tb WF Marshmallow Dip and stir. It's like a Jell-O desert.
  • Mix your pudding as directed and put in blender with ice. Blend until smooth turns out like a thick shake.
  • When you are mixing your pudding add a few drops of Liquid Stevia to it and shake. The Vanilla Pudding tastes like cake batter when made like this.
