Phase 1 Lemonade
- Real Lemon lemon juice - 3-4 TBL.
- Liquid Stevia 3-5 drops depending on how sweet you want it.
- Water to fill the glass
Mix the Real Lemon lemon juice and Liquid Stevia in a glass add your cold water. Voila you have Phase 1 approved lemonade. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Rhubarb Crumble
- 3-4 cups uncooked Rhubarb
- 2 Tbls. WF Strawberry Syrup
- 1/2 Tbls. WF Pancake Syrup
- 1 Package of IP Maple Oatmeal
Cook your rhubarb until soft enough you can mush with a fork. Mash up rhubarb. Measure out your 2 cups of rhubarb and add both WF syrups mix well. Place into an oven safe baking dish. crumble the IP Maple Oatmeal over the top. Bake at 350 until brown on top. (Super yummy) I found this recipe on 3fatchicks.com

Raspberry Jelly Desert
Raspberry Jelly Desert
- 1 Package IP Raspberry Jelly
- 2 Tb WF Marshmallow Dip
Make your IP Raspberry Jelly as directed and put into fridge to set up. Once set up add your 2 Tb WF Marshmallow Dip. Stir in the Marshmallow dip and enjoy. This comes out like a jell-o desert. Super Yummy and is a non-restricted.

- 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp onion powder
