Recipes

There are many new and exiting things to try when you are on IP. I know it seems like you have to eat the packages and your veggies and your one protein a day. But you can turn the packages into yummy yummy snacks and meals. This page will be updated more and more keep checking back to see what other yummy things I have come up with and tried. All recipes that are phase1 and phase2 friendly will be in pink!

Phase 1 Lemonade
  • Real Lemon lemon juice - 3-4 TBL.
  • Liquid Stevia 3-5 drops depending on how sweet you want it.
  • Water to fill the glass
Mix the Real Lemon lemon juice and Liquid Stevia in a glass add your cold water. Voila you have Phase 1 approved lemonade. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Rhubarb Crumble

  • 3-4 cups uncooked Rhubarb
  • 2 Tbls. WF Strawberry Syrup
  • 1/2 Tbls. WF Pancake Syrup
  • 1 Package of IP Maple Oatmeal
Cook your rhubarb until soft enough you can mush with a fork. Mash up rhubarb. Measure out your 2 cups of rhubarb and add both WF syrups mix well. Place into an oven safe baking dish. crumble the IP Maple Oatmeal over the top. Bake at 350 until brown on top. (Super yummy) I found this recipe on 3fatchicks.com

** Remember that this is going to be your restricted for the day. Great idea for lunch.

Raspberry Jelly Desert

  • 1 Package IP Raspberry Jelly
  • 2 Tb WF Marshmallow Dip
Make your IP Raspberry Jelly as directed and put into fridge to set up. Once set up add your 2 Tb WF Marshmallow Dip. Stir in the Marshmallow dip and enjoy. This comes out like a jell-o desert. Super Yummy and is a non-restricted.

IP Phase1 Taco Seasoning

  • 4 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Tbsp plus 1tsp paprika
  • 3 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
This is going to make more than what you will need for 1 pound of hamburger. When I do this I put about 3 to 4 Tablespoons of the seasoning and then add a little bit of water. You want to have some moisture in the pan so that it turns into a little bit of a sauce but not too much or it will be really runny taco meat. As soon as I make my next batch of taco season I will post you the pictures with a step by step (as if anyone needs it).
