I was sitting at work today and was thinking about how I need to start a series for the wonderful people that read my blog. I though the perfect series to start would be one about .... drum roll please....... Your menu. I am going to start "Menu Monday" every Monday I will post a Menu for the week that is Phase 1 friendly. Since I sit down and make my list for the week on Sunday why not share it with you on Monday. More to come about my menu planning. Stay tuned for Monday when the first edition will be out!
