Well I have not had a post since Friday, so sorry about that but I was busy taking the weekend off. I know what you are thinking you are just slacking off and didn't want to post. Actually I didn't want to do anything at all this weekend! I did nothing! LOL I watched SUPERNATURAL all weekend. I am a little addicted but that is ok. That is my pathetic way of saying sorry for not keeping you posted. I have some big plans for my post tonight. I will show you my menu for the week. I also have a surprise for Menu Mondays in the near future. Lets just say that I am almost on Phase3 and we know that I like to plan ahead. That is all I can say for now.
Just wanted to let you all know I did not forget about you but that I am still here and kicking just took a weekend to myself and now I am all rested and ready to go!
